The Hikmicro Budgie BC06 Thermal Imaging Monocular is an ideal choice for beginner hunters or as a property protection solution. It is equipped with a high-quality sensor with a resolution of 160x120px, a high-quality LCOS display of 720x540px and a 6 mm lens. Budgie supports hotspot (tracking the hottest point in an image), proportional rangefinder and Wi-Fi functions. Battery life is respectable - up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
Budgie BC06 is equipped with the latest image processing techniques:
Auto Gain Control (AGC): AGC technology automatically adjusts the dynamic range of the image. Hikvision thermal cameras use the unique so-called adaptive AGC technology, which is much more advanced than the usual so-called linear AGC used in thermal cameras from other manufacturers.
Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE) DDE technology uses advanced algorithms to sharpen details even in low contrast areas (warm/cold objects).
Three-dimensional digital noise reduction (3D Digital Noise Reduction - 3D DNR) 3D DNR technology removes grainy or blurred parts of the visible scene very effectively. This results in a much cleaner image than devices that use traditional two-dimensional noise reduction (2D DNR).
The built-in heat detector with high sensitivity provides a clear image even in harsh environmental conditions, such as darkness, fog, smoke, dust, rain, snow, forest, etc.
As one of the few manufacturers, HIKMICRO has its VOx type core production with 160x120px resolution, and thanks to this, the latest thermal imagers have an excellent price-performance ratio. The lower the NETD value (40mK), the better the sensor can record small temperature differences of objects with a perfect image!
